Baptism information form

What is the process?

1. Submit the baptism information form below. Baptisms are generally held during the 9am family service on Sundays.

2. The parish priest then asks that you please attend one of our regular Sunday services so that he may speak with you about the baptism following the service.

There is no fee for the baptism; however, you are encouraged to make a donation for the occasion.
